I take your fitness goals seriously. I understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and my goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. I analyse your body type, BMI, and listento you to create your individualised fitness plan, to maximise weightloss

I am capable of analysing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. Most plans include healthy eating and exercise, to ensure the best results for my clients. I will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.

 I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. My  goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.

My Story

Welcome to my awesome corner of the internet! I'm a 40-year-old supermum who manages a gym and kicks butt as an F45 coach. I've got a great husband & three amazing little minions who keep me on my toes, and trust me, it's a workout in itself!

Now, picture this: I'm not just your average gym guru. Oh no, I'm a national-level hockey player who's not afraid to bring some serious competition to the field. And when I say I love sports, I mean I practically live and breathe them! But hey, don't let the tough exterior fool you - I've got a soft spot for sushi and maybe a taco or two. It's my secret guilty pleasure, but who can resist those delicious bites?

When I'm not lifting weights or coaching, you'll find me on some crazy adventure in our 4x4, conquering terrains like a boss. Oh and let's not forget my two adorable dachshunds who add an extra dose of cuteness to my life.

But wait, there's more! I'm a meal-prepping ninja, turning ordinary ingredients into healthy masterpieces. And here's the best part: I'm here to share my wisdom and show you that making small changes can have a big impact on your health and well-being. Trust me, nobody's too busy to make a change, especially when it involves having more energy to tackle life head-on!
